Participants will examine core ethical topics including scope of practice, informed consent, confidentiality and privacy, professional boundaries, dual relationships, documentation, communication, and mandatory reporting obligations. The course emphasizes ethical decision-making in real-world scenarios, including situations involving boundary challenges, power dynamics, cultural differences, and health equity considerations.

This 26-hour comprehensive course guides massage therapists and wellness practitioners through the process of developing, launching, and growing a sustainable, values-driven business. Students will explore business planning, branding, budgeting, legal compliance, ethical business practices, marketing strategies, and long-term growth through a holistic and practical lens. Emphasis is placed on aligning business development with personal vision, professional integrity, and real-world application. Participants will leave with a clearer vision and a business plan.
