About our Events

  • DeOur Teaching Approach

At Dreamspace, we believe learning happens best through practice, discussion, and guidance. We create a safe, inclusive classroom where every student feels supported and encouraged to participate.

We honor all learning styles and neurodiversity, use gender-neutral language, and welcome feedback. Cultural sensitivity and kindness guide everything we do.

Our classes are intentionally small for personalized attention, with a flexible and comfortable atmosphere. You’re free to move, fidget, or stand as needed, and conversations remain professional yet engaging.

Participation is always by choice. Speaking is optional, body modeling is voluntary, and consent is central to every demonstration. Experiencing bodywork firsthand is encouraged, as it deepens understanding and practice.

Our teaching is practical, evidence-based, and rooted in clear, everyday language. We provide resources and references, welcome all questions, and distinguish between research-based methods and more esoteric traditions. Stories help memory, but evidence leads the way.

We emphasize connection, collaboration, and hands-on practice over lectures or slides. Workbooks, handouts, and updated video links extend learning beyond class.

Above all, we want every student to leave confident, skilled, and connected to a supportive community of peers. Together, we make learning both meaningful and enjoyable.scription text goes here

  • Essie is very knowledgeable of the subject and explained techniqes in a simple way. I initially signed up for this course because I was not confident in side-lying massage. This class gave me a lot of confidence and I'm excited to tell my chiropractor to send the pregnant patients my way! Thank you!

    ·         I appreciate Essie's knowledge base and the lengths she's gone to research and create the course. Thanks Essie!
