Micro-Consulting for Spas & Clinics

Targeted guidance. Practical solutions. No long-term contracts.

Running a spa or clinical practice comes with real-world challenges—staffing, menus, policies, pricing, compliance, and growth decisions that don’t always require a full consulting package. Micro-consulting offers focused, expert support in short, high-impact sessions designed to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Whether you need help refining a treatment menu, troubleshooting staff concerns, preparing for an inspection, or making sense of business decisions, these sessions are efficient, collaborative, and grounded in decades of hands-on industry experience.

Micro-consulting is ideal for:

• Independent spas and wellness clinics

• Medical massage and integrative practices

• New owners or established businesses navigating change

• Schools, retreat centers, and small teams needing quick guidance

What We Can Work On

Sessions are customized to your needs and may include:

• Hiring, onboarding & training guidance

• Compliance readiness (WA-specific insight available)

• Retreat, program, or CE offering development

If your needs extend beyond a single session, recommendations for next steps or larger consulting packages are provided—no pressure, no upselling.
