Registration Fee (Non-Refundable): $450.00
Due at registration to reserve your space.
What’s Included
Your retreat tuition covers:
Tuition & Continuing Education programming
All on-site retreat classes, activities, and workshops
All meals provided during the retreat
Bunkhouse accommodations at Camp Orkila — Wally Fisher Lodge
Retreat materials and supplies
A detailed packet of materials—including schedule, packing list, directions, accommodations guide, and contact information—will be sent after the registration fee is received.
Payment Structure
Remaining Balance
Balance Due: $1,350.00
Monthly Invoicing: Invoices are sent on the 1st of each month.
Final Payment Deadline: October 15
(You may pay in full at any time.)
Late Payments
Payments more than 10 days past due incur a $25 late fee.
Accounts more than 30 days past due may result in the student’s space being released unless prior arrangements have been made.
Refund & Credit Policy
Registration Fee
The $450 registration fee is non-refundable and transferable.
Credit Policy
All payments after the registration fee may be converted to credit toward future Dreamspace Natural Therapeutics CE courses or retreats if cancellation is received before September 1.
After September 1, no refunds or credits are available.
Transfer of Enrollment
Students may request to transfer their enrollment to another approved participant up to October 1, pending administrative approval.
Cancellations by Dreamspace Natural Therapeutics
If we must cancel due to facilitator illness, emergency situations, or venue issues, students may choose:
A full refund, or
A full credit toward the rescheduled retreat.
Dreamspace is not responsible for reimbursement of travel or lodging costs outside the retreat package.
Student Responsibilities & Agreements
1. Photography Consent
Photos may be taken during group activities for documentation and marketing.
Students who prefer not to be photographed may opt out by notifying staff; we will fully honor this request.
2. Dietary Restrictions
Meals are provided as part of the retreat experience.
Students should submit dietary needs or restrictions at least 30 days prior to the retreat.
We will do our best to accommodate all reasonable dietary requests.
3. Weather & Outdoor Considerations
Camp Dreamspace includes outdoor elements such as forest bathing, mindful nature walks, and movement practices.
Please be prepared for a variety of weather conditions (rain, sun, wind, uneven terrain).
A detailed packing list will be provided after registration.
4. Emergency Contact Requirement
An emergency contact must be submitted prior to arrival for safety and communication during outdoor and immersive activities.
5. Code of Conduct
Dreamspace maintains a respectful, inclusive, substance-free learning environment.
Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in dismissal without refund or credit.
