You'll learn the anatomy and physiology of the lymphatic system, essential MLD strokes, and practical applications that can be incorporated into a wellness-focused massage practice. Through hands-on instruction and guided practice, you'll develop a solid understanding of the principles behind Manual Lymphatic Drainage and how this gentle approach supports the body's natural healing processes. You will be able to put these skills to work right away.

We'll also discuss the different certification pathways available, what each level of training prepares you to do, and how to choose the program that best aligns with your career goals. Whether you're simply exploring MLD or considering advanced certification, this course provides a supportive learning environment with ongoing coaching and mentorship to help you confidently take your next steps.
