Participants will learn how to identify and address myofascial pain patterns using pressure, stretching, and movement-based techniques to release tension and restore mobility.
Whether working with elite athletes or individuals with sedentary lifestyles, students will gain practical tools to improve client outcomes in pain relief and functional movement.
